  • What are the different print finishes?

    There is a SATIN finish and a MATTE, linen-textured finish. The price difference is due to the matte being harder to print accurate colors on, along with the unique texture. (Also, I am biased and like my pieces on matte prints more, and they feel elegant and naturally higher-quality.)

    The satin finish however is fingerproof resistant and particularly vibrant, and due to sheen and slight texture, the details are extremely crisp and eye-catching :) Choose according to your needs!

  • How much is shipping? Where do you ship?

    Within U.S. — USPS Ground Advantage ($5)

    Canada — First Class International Package ($8) (*Please note that you may be subject to customs fees when ordering from the U.S.)

    Please include your first and last name as well as email address for notifications!

  • Why are some sizes/paper finishes unavailable in certain pieces? Why is [insert piece] not available as a print?

    Each piece is different (and I am picky) so some do not print well on glossier paper or at larger sizes.

    Many pieces are seasonal and will be rotated out depending on time of year. Keep your eyes peeled for the next drop; I plan to rotate through most if not all of my devotional pieces eventually!

  • How long should I wait for my prints to arrive?

    Preordering means everything is made /after/ the order is placed, so please allow 1-2 weeks for me to ship it out, and 2 weeks of transit on US orders, 3-4 weeks on Canada. (Sorry, Canada!)

  • What do I do if my piece is damaged/never arrived?

    I cannot guarantee that USPS won’t lose the envelopes, so I cannot take responsibility for lost pieces. However, if an envelope is returned to my mailbox, I will contact you about the issue; if it is due to a wrong address input on your end, you are responsible to re-pay for shipping.

    If your piece is noticeably damaged (torn or significantly creased), please contact me with a photo of the items and I will send you a replacement. (If it is a little curved, please put it under a book…)

    *Note: I will be out of town December through early January. If any of the above issues come up during this time and require a replacement or re-forwarding, I will refund you instead.

  • What about international shipping?

    Right now, I am only offering shipping within the U.S. and to Canada.

    I hope to start shipping internationally early next year - keep an eye on the site for updated information!
